Terms and conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to dpollera.com and every page, game and account on it (together, "the site"). The site is run by Dpollera ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cookies policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant and you have an account, we'll let you know by email or on the site.

Who can use the site

You may only use the site if you:

• are 18 years old or over
• live in the United Kingdom
• are using the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment

We may ask you to confirm your age at any time and may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

Free to play, no gambling

Every game on Dpollera is free. There is no real-money gambling, no purchases, no deposits and no prizes of money or anything of real-world value.

Coins, XP and levels are virtual items for entertainment only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded. Any balance shown inside a game is part of that game and is also for fun only. Doing well in a free game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.

Your account

You can play every game as a guest. If you create an account:

• give accurate details and keep your email address up to date
• keep your password private and don't share your account
• have only one account per person
• tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure to keep it secure.

Coins, bonuses and levels

New accounts receive welcome coins. Signed-in players can collect a daily bonus once per day (UK time) and earn XP each time they open a game. We set and may change the amounts, rules and level structure at any time. We may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug or misuse. Coins and levels end when an account is closed or deleted.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, collect bonuses or create accounts
• try to access other people's accounts or any part of our server you aren't meant to
• interfere with, overload or attack the site or its games
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the site or its games
• use offensive or misleading usernames
• break any law while using the site

Our games and content

The games, artwork, text, logos and code on the site belong to Dpollera or our licensors. You may play and enjoy them on the site for personal use. You may not copy, embed elsewhere, distribute or modify them without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features, and may suspend the site for maintenance.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from My account, or ask Player Care to restrict or close it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK.

Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss of virtual items, or for indirect losses that were not foreseeable.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
